Dr. Arthur Rosenstock is a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery whose practice is dedicated to cosmetic surgery. His state-of-the-art office and ambulatory cosmetic surgery center is located in Stamford, Connecticut. Dr. Rosenstock's background consists of five years of General Surgery training at New York Medical College. He then went on to Plastic Surgical training at the Prestigious Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. Dr. Rosenstock's practice has been in Stamford, CT since finishing his Plastic Surgical Fellowship in 1983.
Dr. Rosenstock is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Members of this society are a select group of plastic surgeons, certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who have met the criteria for providing the highest level of achievement in cosmetic surgery (only 2400 surgeons worldwide have been able to meet these standards). In addition Dr. Rosenstock is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Currently, he is a clinical instructor of surgery at Columbia Presbyterian College of Physicians and Surgeons, NY. Dr. Rosenstock has admitting privileges at Stamford Community Hospital.
In addition to his excellent surgical skills (the foundation for plastic surgery), he is a talented artist. Artistry is an essential component of one sense of aesthetics. Talents extend to but are not limited to, painting, photography, architectural design and the tying of inovative and exhibition quality flies (Dr. Rosenstock has been an avid fly fisheman since childhood). Dr. Rosenstock is known by friends and colleagues for his creativity and meticulousness (required for skilled cosmetic surgery). Dr. Rosenstock is the doctors' doctor (requested by other physicians when their families or friends are seeking cosmetic surgery).
